I wish this were an April Fool's joke, but it's based on more than one EA's real-life experience. 😭
In all seriousness, Happy Administrative Professionals month!
These comics are based on true stories submitted by EAs retold in a fun, anonymous way.

In my experience, I’ve personally found an almost perfect correlation between someone’s communication ability and their overall reliability. So I always appreciate a strong communicator! 🗣️
1 Tech Tip
iPhone Shortcut: Automatically turn on Low Power Mode at X% battery
Okay guys, I just discovered iPhone’s built-in Shortcuts app and it has had me so excited that I’ve decided to dedicate a few of the upcoming tech tips just to it. That said, I’ll do one for Android’s equivalent Tasker app too.
For context, Shortcuts basically allows you to create one-tap buttons for things you do all the time, or set rules like “when my battery hits 30%, turn on Low Power Mode”, which we’ll do now.
Set it up
Open the Shortcuts app
Tap Automation on the bottom (between Library and Gallery)
Tap New Automation
Choose Battery Level
Use the slider to set it to Falls Below 30% and select Run Immediately, then tap Next
Select Set Lower Power Mode in the Get Started section
Confirm
That’s it. Next time you drop under 30%, your phone will automatically go into Low Power Mode without you having to lift a finger!
Extras
Set another automation for When Battery Level Rises Above 70% → Turn Low Power Mode Off so you’re not stuck in LPM forever
You can toggle “Notify When Run” if you want visibility into the automation.
For a refresher on past Tech Tips without digging through your emails, they’re all available in a single post right here (doing my best to update once a month).
Thank you for reading!
Gentle reminder that we’re doing a meet up in Chicago and Minneapolis next week!
Look out for details for a NYC meet up this month as well :)
I’ll catch you next Thursday~
