These comics are based on true stories submitted by EAs retold in a fun, anonymous way.

For convenience, we also post these to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Do you have an outrageous or funny story you’d like to get off your chest? Just reply directly to this email to share — I promise anonymity! 🤫

I’d add that somehow the firm magically runs smoothly with only like 2 EAs. 🧙

If this seems exciting to you, please help spread-the-word by reacting to my LinkedIn post. 👍

This helps more EAs discover the program and increases the chances you get matched with someone who also shares your interests.

Thank you!

1 Tech Tip

Creating an agent through Copilot

This tech tip comes from CCing my EA reader Kayla Southards at RRM Design Group!

“I have a tech tip that is pretty neat! Our architectural design firm is in the process of implementing a new ERP system. I created a bot (agent) through Copilot studio. Basically, you feed it knowledge, such as documents, and create prompts with answers. I built it to answer questions for our employees, such as how to create a new timesheet or enter a new expense report.

“I just had a meeting with our COO and ERP implementation team, and we decided that post-implementation, we are going to turn this agent into a general use bot for the company to answer all things RRM.”

Amazingly, Kayla has put together a step-by-step PDF on how to set up a Copilot agent. She’s included her email address on the first page in case you want to reach out to her with more questions. 👍

If you ever need a refresher on past Tech Tips without digging through your emails, they’re all available in a single post right here.

Thank you for reading!

Just a reminder to fill out this 7-question form if you’d like to meet other EAs :)

See you next Thursday~
