A special surprise Xmas-edition BCCing my EA to cap off the year! 🎅🏻

These comics are based on true stories submitted by EAs retold in a fun, anonymous way.

For convenience, we also post these to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Do you have an outrageous or funny story you’d like to get off your chest? Just reply directly to this email to share. I promise anonymity! 🤫

"hiring the right EA is not a seasonal gift, it is an investment that keeps on giving." 👏

Bonus

If only execs made it so easy to disconnect from work. 😭

1 Tech Tip

Search one site perfectly with “site:”

Tired of a website’s poorly built search box? Use Google’s “site:” operator to search just that site instead.

How it works

In Google or your search bar, type: site:domain.com keywords

Examples:

  • site:youtube.com Christmas music

    • This searches YouTube for Christmas music

  • site:linkedin.com "Executive Assistant to the CEO"

    • This will search LinkedIn for only content that has the exact phrase "Executive Assistant to the CEO"

Once you get used to this, you’ll never need to use a site’s janky search box again!

For a refresher on past Tech Tips without digging through your emails, they’re all available in a single post right here.

Thank you for reading!

Thank you to the multiple EAs who reached out offering volunteer help to keep the 1-on-1 EA matching program alive! There will be some difficulties with privacy but we’ll figure it out together :)

For now, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones!!! ❤️

I’ll catch you next Thursday~
