If you’re ever considering leaving with your exec, you’ll want to keep these in mind: 👇
1 Tech Tip
.new for New Google Doc/Sheet/Slide/Form
This is honestly one of my favorite tech tricks that I regularly use all the time.
Credit for this tech tip goes to Stef Betz!
If you ever need a refresher on past Tech Tips without digging through your emails, they’re all available in a single post right here.
Hi, Johnny here! 👋
As you probably quickly noticed, I am not Alex…
But hopefully that’s because you saw the sender name was Johnny at CCing my EA, and not because the content seemed different or off. 👀
While we’re completing the hiring for our first full-time EA who will eventually take the lead on CCing my EA, I’ll be filling in here on the weekly newsletter.
You’ll be relieved to hear that as Vimcal’s Marketing Lead, I’ve been helping Alex put together past newsletter content (and even authored a few tech tips 😤) so Thursday Things should still largely feel the same to you.
With that said, this is a great time to share any feedback you have about your Thursday newsletters:
Is there something specific that you love or hate about these emails?
What else would you like to see in the future?
Do you have a tech tip or job post you’d like us to feature in a future issue? Perhaps even a meme?
Reply directly to lemme know, I promise to respond!
And selfishly, please don’t hesitate to forward any good Executive Assistant content you come across that you think I should highlight in this newsletter. 😉
See you next Thursday~
P.S. If you think your friends would enjoy this newsletter, please forward this email or share this link with them. 🙇
