I’m just gonna say that Michelle absolutely knows what she’s talking about here. And even though she’s speaking from the perspective of a Chief of Staff, what she has to say absolutely applies to EAs.

After all, there’s a reason why so many EAs eventually become Chief of Staffs.👏

Executive Assistants are the connectors between the executives and the rest of the world. They’re the people person, so they have to be overwhelmingly strong mentally and emotionally to do a good job. And that’s just table stakes.

Their impact is so underrecognized it genuinely hurts sometimes. 😢
