1 Tech Tip

Color Code your Google Drive Folders 📁

This is a quick tech tip from fellow CCing my EA reader, Jenelle!

Color coding Google Folders is a simple but effective way to organize your drive.

Creating this quick "at a glance" color system can help to focus your eyes, alleviating the information overload of searching for docs.

Manage multiple executives and calendars? Consider matching the Google Folder color to correspond with the calendar color assigned to each executive.

Maybe an oldy but still a goldie tip!

Separately, if you found last week’s Four-Part Prompt Formula helpful but confusing for getting quality AI results, you might be interested in this AI training workshop for EAs!

The live hands-on exercise will be especially helpful for getting real practice in with using the prompts.

It takes place on Tuesday March 18th at 1pm ET and will be hosted by our CTO, Mike.

Hope to see you there~

If you ever need a refresher on past Tech Tips without digging through your emails, they’re all available in a single post right here.

Thank you for reading!

I always love hearing from you, truly :)
