#1

Send this to your exec the next time they touch their (or more like your) calendar without your permission. 😂

#2

Her exec supports her work, respects her boundaries, and wants to make a personality hire with her 4-year-old? Love to hear it! 🥹

If this surprised you, know that you’re not alone. This was complete news to me as well! It might be time for us to do a quick audit of our browser extensions now… 🔍

1 Tech Tip

Use ChatGPT to prepare for tough conversations

This tech tip is a simple and self-explanatory, but also powerful use case of ChatGPT.

Here’s the template from above that you can copy and paste into ChatGPT:

I need to [bad thing]. Help me think through:

- Two different ways to approach this conversation

- Emotional reactions they might have

- Common objections they might raise

- Phrases I should avoid using

- How to close with clear next steps

- How this might affect their relationships with other team members

If you ever need a refresher on past Tech Tips without digging through your emails, they’re all available in a single post right here.

Thank you for reading!

I just wanted to thank you for the overwhelming interest in helping test out our new upcoming Vimcal EA feature!

We unexpectedly received wayyy more interest than I originally anticipated and were quickly able to gather all the participants we were looking for. Y’all are seriously the best. 🥹

For Vimcal EA customers, you can expect to see a new feature that will automatically create buffer times before and/or after your events within the coming weeks so look out for that.

I’ll see you next Thursday~

P.S. I just noticed today is 5/15/25, which I think looks kinda cool. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

P.S. If you think your friends would enjoy this newsletter, please forward this email or share this link with them. 🙇
