3 posts you might’ve missed

#1

Have you ever planned an office prank? What was it? 😜

#2

Diary of a CEO is one of the best produced podcasts with guests such as Whitney Wolfe Herd (founder of Bumble), Neil deGrasse Tyson (celebrity physicist), and Tony Hawk (legendary skater), just to name a few.

I can only imagine how hectic it must be coordinating with so many high profile guests, so I’m very curious to hear how Sophie handles it all.

I’m already RSVP’d for this webinar, are you? 👈

This top comment actually has 3x more upvotes than the original post:

  • “If I decline a meeting, leave it on the calendar- or give me an option to keep it on there or remove it completely. Sometimes boss is not available due to a conflict, but then the conflict goes away and he may still want to attend the previously declined meeting.

  • When checking meeting rsvp list, tell me total number of accepted/declined/no response.

  • If I edit name/body of an invite, don’t send an update. Not everyone needs to know that I misspelled a word. Also their “send to new additions only” option does not work all the time. 9/10, it sends everyone an update that I added another person.

  • option to change meeting ownership to another user.”

A lot of the requests may or may not already be solved in Vimcal EA. 😉

Bonus

This is so true that it hurts. 😭

1 Tech Tip

Lock your computer 🔒

Did you know closing your laptop doesn't automatically lock it? Here’s a quick way you can ensure your laptop is locked.

On Mac:

1) Hold down cmd (⌘) and control (⌃)

2) While holding both, press Q

Note: Be careful! cmd (⌘) + Q alone will quit your current application, so make sure you’re holding that control (⌃) button down!

On PC:

1) Press the Windows key and L

Your screen will lock instantly, keeping your work secure.

Please remember to always lock your screen when stepping away from your computer, even for a short time. It’s a small habit that can prevent big security risks.
